The right person will build on successful partnerships to deliver positive outcomes for our learners and communities. You will understand the importance of adult learning to the skills and employment agenda and have a track record in delivering outcomes with and through partners, as well as an appreciation of the value of enrichment programmes to the general improvement of quality of life and wellbeing of participants.
We believe in lifelong learning and its ability to transform lives and want someone with substantial experience of adult learning, as well as a thorough understanding and passion for: successful partnerships and multi-agency working; sustained quality improvement in an educational context; innovative curriculum development; financial and funding management, pedagogy and the processes of outstanding teaching and learning; leading teams and creating meaningful strategies and policies.
